Event Support Form

Are you hosting an in-person or virtual event to which you want to invite alumni? Please use the event support form and someone from the advancement team will be in touch.

Please note: We do not provide lists to email alumni through Emma. Our alumni constituents control their communication preferences through our Encompass web platform, and in order to properly honor, manage, and track those preferences — as well as create an email schedule in which recipients' messages are not sent too closely together — all mass emails to alumni audiences come through our office. We can (and are happy to!) send web links to emails built and sent in Emma, such as academic newsletters.

Due to the University Board of Directors policy, we cannot send solicitations for third-party fundraising initiatives. Call the Office of Advancement at 219.464.5110 for more information.
